McKay is fully equipped to carry out comprehensive switchboard inspections and testing including; thermography, dielectric strength (kV), insulation (Megger) and contact resistance (Ductor). MGE will then produce a report indicating any switchboard ‘hot spots’ or potential problem areas.
Our teams have been installing switchboards on a range of vessels for decades and can support you with your switchboard install needs. Moreover, we have experience in mobilising our teams to remote locations, so we can provide on-site experts to assist your existing teams on site.
